Data we collect

Only: the parent's email, each child's first name and age, and progress in the app (letters and verses practised, time spent). No photos, surnames, postal addresses or voice recordings are requested or kept. Card details are handled only by Paddle.com.

Children

The account is created and managed by a parent or guardian. No ads are shown and no data is sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Microphone and the child's voice

When the child taps the microphone button to recite or repeat a letter, the voice is recorded and analysed on the device only. No recording is sent to our servers or to any third party, and nothing is kept after the session. The microphone is only used after the child's action and the phone's permission. The recognition model is downloaded once from Hugging Face (which only receives the device's IP address) and then stored on the device.

Cookies

One essential login cookie and one language cookie. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Retention

Data is kept while the account exists, then deleted within 12 months of the last activity, except billing records required by law.
