Refund policy

We want every family to be happy. If Coran Enfant is not right for your child, we refund you.

14-day guarantee

The first payment of a subscription (Family monthly €7.99 or Family yearly €59) is fully refunded if you ask within 14 days of purchase, with no reason needed.

How to request a refund

• Card payment (Paddle): on paddle.net with the email used at purchase, or by writing to info@coranenfant.com. Paddle refunds the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• USDT payment: write to info@coranenfant.com with your account email and a TRC20 refund address. The USDT amount is returned within 7 days, minus network fees.

Renewals

Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime before the next due date: access stays open until the end of the period already paid and no new charge is made. If you were charged by mistake, write to us within 7 days.

Discovery plan

The Discovery plan is free and involves no payment.

After a refund

The account returns to the Discovery plan; the children's progress is kept.
